Limited Warranty & Support
Every DLB Precision build and repair is covered by the terms below. Questions: david@dlbprecision.com or linda@dlbprecision.com, or (501) 232-1899, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central.
Custom builds: 12‑month limited workmanship and labor warranty
For 12 months from handoff or delivery, we fix any problem caused by our assembly, cabling, cooling installation, configuration or testing at no charge for labor.
DLB Precision handles manufacturer warranty claims for the parts we supply. Coverage, eligibility, duration and exclusions depend on each part and its manufacturer’s terms; the manufacturer decides whether to approve a claim. For eligible claims, we cover removal, replacement and testing labor within our 12-month custom-build or 30-day repair and upgrade labor warranty, as applicable.
If a shipped build needs warranty work in the first 12 months, we pay the shipping both ways.
For hardline custom-loop builds, we recommend a coolant service every 12 months. We offer the service; ask for a quote.
Repairs and upgrades: 30‑day labor warranty
Repair and upgrade work is covered for 30 days. If the same problem comes back, we take another look at no labor charge. Manufacturer coverage for parts we supply follows each part’s applicable terms; DLB handles the claim and covered labor as described above.
What isn’t covered
Damage from drops, spills, power surges or pests, and problems caused by changes made after delivery, such as new parts, BIOS or overclock settings beyond what we delivered, or an opened loop. A part’s own manufacturer warranty may still apply, and we’ll help you use it.
