Choose the parts
We’ll explain the options and work through the configuration with you. You approve the parts list before the build moves forward.
Build & test
We assemble your custom PC with attention to cooling, cable management and stability testing. Most builds are finished 3–5 days after the parts arrive; hardline custom-loop builds take 3–4 weeks.
Get started
Arrange local handoff or UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 (custom-loop builds are handed off locally). Every build carries our 12-month limited workmanship warranty; see Warranty & Support.
What builds typically cost.
Most gaming and business builds run $2,000–$4,000 in parts. Sim racing builds typically run $2,500–$5,500, and flagship custom-loop builds like the Lamborghini and Pole Position are typically $7,000 and up. Labor is a flat fee for assembly, cable management, tuning and stress testing, quoted before any parts are ordered. Prices are as of September 2026 and move with the market.
No deposit to get a quote. Parts are paid when you approve the list; labor is due at handoff. We accept card, ACH, Zelle and cash.
How we ship your PC.
Local handoff anywhere in Central Arkansas, or UPS Ground to the rest of the lower 48. Shipped builds are insured for the full value of the PC and require a signature on delivery. Shipping is quoted with your build and billed at actual cost.
Packing: expanding foam or Instapak fills the inside of the case so nothing can move, the graphics card stays installed with a support bracket and foam around it, and the case goes inside a second box. Hardline custom-loop builds are handed off in person; we don’t ship them.
When it arrives: check the outer box for damage before opening and photograph anything you see; lift the PC out and remove the foam, including the foam around the graphics card; keep the packaging for 30 days; plug in, power on, and email us if anything looks off.
A few things to know.
Do I need to know which parts I want?
No. Tell us how you want to use the PC and we’ll help you work through the choices. If you already have a specific configuration in mind, we’re happy to discuss it.
How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are finished 3–5 days after the parts arrive; hardline custom-loop builds take 3–4 weeks. Tell us about any deadline when you inquire and we’ll confirm the timing before you approve the parts list.
Can you help after I receive my PC?
Yes. Every build includes a 12-month limited workmanship and labor warranty, and we handle manufacturer RMAs for you. Is there a warranty?
Yes: 12 months on workmanship and labor for every build, and 30 days of labor on repairs and upgrades. Parts carry their manufacturer’s warranty; we buy them in DLB Precision’s name and handle RMAs for you. See Warranty & Support for the full terms.
