DLB Precision, LLC operates DLB Precision News, an internal automation application used by authorized administrators to create and publish content to the DLB Precision Facebook Page.

Information processed
The application may process Facebook Page and account identifiers, permissions and access tokens provided through Meta, content submitted for publication, and limited technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the application.

How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized administrators, create and manage posts on the DLB Precision Facebook Page, maintain application security, and troubleshoot the publishing workflow.

Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the automation, including Meta and n8n. Content generated through the workflow may also be processed by OpenAI.

Data retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information under our control.
