New AMD CPUs spotted and they’re bringing dual 3D V‑Cache to the fight.

• 16 cores / 32 threads
• 192MB L3 cache
• 4.3 / 5.6 GHz
• 200W TDP

This is AMD’s first retail chip with both CCDs fully stacked with 3D V-Cache, no more asymmetric core drama. It’s all cache, all speed, all the time. Boost is slightly lower than the 9950X3D, but both CCDs are now equally capable, and OC is fully unlocked.

• 8 cores / 16 threads
• 96MB L3 cache
• 4.7 / 5.6 GHz
• 120W TDP

A true 8-core brawler. It shares the same dual V-Cache tech but cranks the clock speed up by 500 MHz compared to the 9800X3D. No thermal penalty, just more performance.

Why it matters
• Dual V‑Cache (both CCDs stacked) on a consumer chip? That’s new territory for the desktop. 
• Big cache + high boost could mean strong results for gaming/sim rigs.
• The 9950X3D2’s 200W TDP is a noticeable jump. Proper cooling and a solid power delivery setup will be key.

If this holds, AMD’s about to make things very interesting.
